Offside The Box (“we”, “us”) provides information about the book Offside The Box and operates The Next Leap, an initiative that receives voluntary gifts intended to support a future project that advances humanity. By using this site you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Gifts to The Next Leap

• Contributions are voluntary gifts. At the time of giving, no specific project is promised or identified.
• Funds are held to be directed, at our discretion and in good faith, toward a future initiative consistent with the mission described on the site.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Except where required by law, gifts are non-refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error, contact us and we will act reasonably.

4. The book

The book is sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon. Purchases there are governed by that retailer’s terms, not ours.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
